The company known as SANWA DENSHI Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Sanwa Electronics Co., Ltd) is a Japanese arcade parts manufacturer known for their JLF series of levers and OBSF series of buttons.

Established in 1982 the company began making parts for arcade manufacturers like Sega and Konami.
According to an interview with E-Sportsworld.jp the team at Sanwa felt that it wasn't until 1994 when Sanwa became the powerhouse it is today, thanks to both the game Virtua Fighter, and Sega's Astro City cabinet.
